Hi, welcome to KitFitness.

We are a local Personal Training company here to help you reach your health and fitness goals. As a small business we can provide a personalised, results driven and (most importantly) fun training experience.

What are your fitness goals? Do you want to strip away that unwanted fat? Pack on lean muscle? Feel fitter in everyday life? Let us help you get there!

 

Training, both for ourselves and for you, is something all of us here at KitFitness thoroughly enjoy. Nothing gives us greater satisfaction than seeing you reach and exceed your goals. 

 

Ready to join us? Our primary home is in East London, where we offer 1 to 1 or small group training at a personal training gym. If you can't meet us in East London, or want to take your training on the road, we now offer personalised online training. Don't forget, we're here to help you reach your health and fitness goals, which we recognise go beyond the gym.

 

Nutrition advice is an included perk of training with KitFitness.

A bespoke online programme aimed towards achieving your goals from wherever you are. Monthly coaching uniquely tailored to you, regardless of equipment or ability. All online programming is written and monitored by our Head Coach Kit.
