Nicole is an amazing trainer. She coached me back to fitness after having my first child. She has a holistic approach and helps you to define your goals and ambitions for your health with exercise. She also works on overcoming challenges to getting/staying fit and healthy.
Nicole has excellent knowledge of the body and muscle groups, targeting specific areas that need work. She’s patient and good fun. I love working with her and can’t recommend her enough.

I trained with Matt at Kit Fitness for three years and he was hands down the best trainer I’ve ever had. Matt was experienced in the type of lifting I wanted to do and took me from struggling to lift 20kg to lifting over 100kg, all the time being patient and reinforcing the importance of technique and mobility. Matt also trained me throughout the Covid pandemic, ensuring a safe environment to train (first on Zoom, then coming to train in my garden) and also supporting my mental health with fitness and friendship during that time. Matt changed the way I think about working out and what my body can do. After years of suffering with depression and eating disorders I’ve gone from being obsessed with the lowest number on the scales to being empowered by the bigger numbers I can lift - and because of that I am forever grateful to both Matt and Kit.

I have trained with Kit for the last 6 months. I have thoroughly enjoyed every session (even though I sweat bucket loads!) He mixes it up every session so you don’t get bored of doing the same thing week in week out which is what happened to me before I started with Kit. He is a great motivator and listens to any concerns you may have.

This guy Kit is the best. My objectives given to him were, muscle and strength building, stamina improvement and maintaining my martial arts skill. And all this is to take into account my age and long-standing arthritis problems. I can say that he has been doing a brilliant job on all counts, he pushes me to my limits with awareness and professionalism. It’s not always easy and sometimes I want to kill him but he is brilliant.
